HOW TO CARE FOR LIGHTING WITH A METALLIC FINISH AND GLASS OR ACRYLIC
To maintain the beauty of your luxury lighting, we recommend the following simple guidelines.
When cleaning a lamp, make sure you unplug the power cord first.
Always make sure sprays or liquids can not get in the lamp fittings.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
For general maintenance, periodically dust off your lighting with a feather duster or a soft clean cloth, preferably weekly.
METALLIC FINISHES
Use lukewarm water with a mild household detergent to clean metal finishes. Gently wipe the metallic surfaces, rods and parts with a soft, dampened cloth or chamois.
Dry well with a clean, soft cloth. Never use cleaners with ammonia, bleach or hard chemicals and avoid paper towels or scouring pads.
GLASS
Never use abrasive materials for cleaning glass as they may cause scratches.
Use appropriate glass cleaning solutions and a microfiber cloth. If you are using a chemical cleaner, take care not to spill it on any of the surrounding metallic finishes.
After drying with a soft cloth, you can use a piece of crumpled newspaper to give the glass added shine and sparkle.
ACRYLIC
Avoid commercial household cleaners because the chemicals in these products can dull and craze the acrylic.
The best way to care for acrylic surfaces, rods and parts, is to clean with lukewarm water and a bit of liquid soap.
Rinse with clear water and dry well. Always use soft cloths for cleaning as not to scratch the acrylic.

Question: I HAVE A HIGH CEILING? CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE LENGTH OF THE RODS OR THE LENGTH OF THE CORD?
Answer: If the height of the ceiling is very high, you need to confirm the length of the rods, cord, and chain with our customer service.
If you do not know the specific extension, you can measure the height of the ceiling and send it to us.
We will help you ask our experienced designers and give you some advises according to the measurements.
Note: Normally we will provide 120 inches long rods/cords/chains for customers who have high ceiling. If you need longer.

Question: HOW TO HANG ON A VAULTED CEILING?
Answer: We will prepare special fittings for the vaulted ceiling, as shown in the picture. Can solve the hanging problem very well.
Because of the special hanging ring, the accessories can be installed in the vaulted ceiling, we have many customers install the lighting through this way. it will be very simple. Please check on the pictures for the circled place in and the installation case.
Question: DO YOU REPLACE PARTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING FREE OF CHARGE?
Answer: Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.
Question: HOW TO CUSTOMIZE PRODUCTS?
Answer: If you do not find a specific design of chandelier in our website that you like, but you need to do is provide pictures or design drawing . Please send us photos or drawings of the lamps and you specify base size, color and material.

Question: ARE BRONZE AND BLACK THE SAME COLOR?
Answer: Bronze and black are not the same color. If you need Matte black. You need to confirm with our customer service. Because the production process is different.

Answer: We just use the same materials, colors, sizes and production process. We have our own factory to produce and manufacture these lamps.

Answer: We closed all our offline stores in 2020 to focus on online sales. All our costs have been reduced. Our products come from our own factories.

Question:WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM DURING THE INSTALLATION?
Answer: We recommend checking if the parts of the lighting are complete one week before the installation in advance.
Our fixtures are very easy to install and can be installed by an average electrician.
If there are some unsolvable problems during the installation process, you can contact customer service support for help. Note that violent operation is prohibited. Unless there is a very good solution.
Question:CAN I GET A FULL REFUND BECAUSE OF QUALITY ISSUES?
Answer: We support full refunds due to quality issues. (Pictures are required as evidence)

Question: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
Answer: We follow up on the package size of the product to choose the shipping method.
Package size under 40" is usually shipped by the courier company, and the delivery time is 9-14 days
Package size over 40" is generally shipped by ocean freight, with a delivery time of 23-29 days.
In the case of special products, our customer service will contact you to determine the time.
